A RARE WINTER RAINBOW | HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ONE?

Sunday morning; 1.9.22 @7:30 … EST I woke this morning seeing an unusual “vivid” color pouring into the room. It was from our master bathroom window which faces East. I got of bed and looked out the window and gasped! I said out loud (but not too loud because my husband was sleeping) “WooooooW! Then I whispered to my husband, “are you awake,” he said yes and I said, “THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE … it is pink/blue/gold/yellow” … I immediately thought of Psalm 19:1 – The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament sheweth his handywork. and then he said sleepily “take a picture”. I did.

You all know how fleeting sunrises and sunsets are … so I missed some of the glory BUT in this video (embedded) is what I saw … I stood there talking to God for a moment and then began shooting … Then I ran downstairs and out the front door I went (yep in my nightclothes wrapped in my shawl)! I didn’t care I didn’t want to miss it and God showed me MORE glory. A rare rainbow in winter!  Another WoW moment! …. and I talked to God some more.

Last night I went to sleep feeling a little sad at the state of humanity and the world. This morning I woke up reminded that NO MATTER what the state of humanity is that God is still on the throne and I was reminded that he sees me, he sees YOU and there is no cause for sadness only JOY! Oh Christian … don’t forget to look up no matter the state of THIS world for it is NOT our true home … Thank you Father God for this reminder this Sunday morning. I stand in awe of you!
