Kale Salad 2

This Delicious Salad was inspired by a recent visit to "The Ginger Man in Greenwich, Ct". They served it with a creamy Ginger vinaigrette.  Cost $13.00.  WoW!  It was so delicious we purchased two for dinner that evening.  So below is my take on this wonderful healthful salad.  I added a couple of ingredients that we enjoy.

Thai Mac and Cheeze

This is Dynise Balcavage's not your grandma's mac and cheese, although it's every bit as comforting and decadent. This version is infused with extremely subtle Thai influences.

Better Write It Down Soup

I call this "better write in down soup" because when my husband tasted it, he said "did you write it down". So here you have it, my "thrown together" soup that turned out to be, as my husband says "the best soup he ever had.

Bubble Tea

Recipe for Bubble Tea - Over the last year or so, Bubble Tea has moved beyond their roots in the predominately Asian suburbs and gained in popularity across the United States. Especially popular with young adults in larger U.S. west coast cities of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and in the Canadian cities of Vancouver and Toronto. The Hawaiian Islands and New York City are also accepting this drink craze.

Vegetable ROPE Spread

I saw this appetizer on Barefoot Contessa and tweaked it a little. This will be a staple for me and I will be serving it often. EVERYONE, and I mean everyone LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It was not that hard to make. Easy really and I even did it a day before. I think it gets better with age, though I would not keep it for more than 3 days in the fridge. A winner.
