Kale Salad 2

This Delicious Salad was inspired by a recent visit to "The Ginger Man in Greenwich, Ct". They served it with a creamy Ginger vinaigrette.  Cost $13.00.  WoW!  It was so delicious we purchased two for dinner that evening.  So below is my take on this wonderful healthful salad.  I added a couple of ingredients that we enjoy.
